At DreamDorms, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for all your dorm décor and essential needs. Below is an overview of our shipping policies, including order processing times, shipping options, costs, and more.

Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: Orders are processed within 12 hours after being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 11:59 AM are eligible for same-day delivery.

Domestic Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after processing.

Shipping rates vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

International Shipping Options

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Costs

Standard Domestic Shipping: Free for Drexel University Students, $10 standard rate for orders placed by any other entity.

Additional fees may apply based on the shipping location and selected service. Any extra charges, may be applicable on a case-by-case basis.

Returns, Changes, and Cancellations

We offer hassle-free returns within 7 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please visit our Return & Refund Policy page or contact us directly at Dreamdormsusa@gmail.com. Please note the following:

Returns: Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Cancellations: Orders may be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Exchanges: We accommodate exchanges within 7 days for items of equal or lesser value.

Lost/Damaged Orders: In the event of a lost or damaged order, please contact us immediately for resolution.

While we strive to meet our delivery times, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. We do not provided tracking information, we will notify you once the order has been delivered.
